We’re currently recruiting a HGV Technician to join our team, offering a great working environment, excellent

Shift Pattern (45 hours per week)

• Early Shift: 06:00 – 15:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Late Shift: 12:30 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday)

What We’re Looking For
• Qualified HGV Technician with relevant certifications
• Experience in servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
• A proactive and reliable team player
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and safety

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of technicians in daily workshop operations.
– Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair tasks for vehicles.
– Oversee inventory management and ensure availability of necessary parts and supplies.
– Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
– Provide guidance and training to staff to maintain high service standards.

What we’re looking for:
– Strong technical knowledge
– Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
– Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Organised, safety-conscious, and reliable.
– Keen to stay involved in the technical side of the role.

Working hours:
– Monday to Thursday
– 48hr week, 18:00 to 06:30
