We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the fundamentals of sales, including customer service, relationship building, and product knowledge. The Sales Trainee will also be required to shadow experienced sales staff and attend training sessions in order to gain the necessary skills to become a successful salesperson. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new situations

The ideal candidate will be target driven, hungry to succeed and will be at the forefront of our sales team to ensure that you meet your targets and KPI’s whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Gain Product Knowledge
• Learn the Sales Process
• Customer Service
• Learn all our Advertising processes
• Provide Product Demonstrations to customers
• You'll have the opportunity to regularly shadow experienced and established Sales Executives and receive feedback on your own development and style
• Sales Executive Pathway to become a accredited sales executive with Volkswagen

Experience needed

• Full UK driving licence
• High standards of organisational, admin and paperwork skills
• FCA Training will be given
• Interpersonal skills are a must to be successful in this role
