Development of Business sales activities, programmes and initiatives to drive performance and maximise profitability through all channels relating to Company turnover. Activities must be focussed on maintaining existing customers, regaining lost customers and prospecting for new. To achieve sales volumes and profit objectives by making effective use of available resources.

Objectives

· Analysis of market to identify opportunities for the maximisation of sales through the development & implementation of activities, programmes and initiatives.

· Implementation of business and manufacturer programmes

· Implement and drive network facing elements

· Exploitation of new and existing business channels.

· Promotion and engagement of activities.

· Seasonal related promotional activities and programmes

· Drive Business and Manufacturer focus & innovation relating to sales opportunities by developing industry leading processes, programmes, skills and behaviours to improve performance

· Deliver an outstanding service to all customers, both internal and external

· Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives.

· Achieve a significant market share, through maximum sales to trade and retail outlets and other Dealership departments

· Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment

· Help Dealerships to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
