Due to an increased workload, we are looking for an additional Service Administrator to join our busy and friendly team.
Working hours
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the service team and general paperwork
- Process service and repair documentation and raise invoices once work is completed
- Liaise with customers via telephone, purchase orders and servicing
- Respond to customer queries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with ATF Lane bookings
- Assist with obtaining customer authorities
- Act as a key point of contact for customer purchase orders
