We’re looking for a friendly and organised Service Advisor to play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping drive our business forward.
Working hours
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for customers booking their vehicles in for service or repair
- Building relationships our fleet customers
- Communicate with the workshop team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Keep customers updated throughout the process and provide clear explanations of work carried out
- Handle general admin, phone calls, and service-related queries
What we're looking for
- A friendly and professional attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn - full training and support will be provided for the right candidate
