Brian Currie MK DAF dealership Ltd is looking for a Service Advisor to take on a key role in driving our business forward.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers booking their vehicles in for service or repair

• Communicate with the workshop team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery

• Keep customers updated throughout the process and provide clear explanations of work carried out

• Handle general admin, phone calls, and service-related queries

What we're looking for:

• A friendly and professional attitude with good communication skills

• Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn — full training and support will be provided for the right candidate
